Plans for future versions and user requests
- Allow editing of multiple skill qualifiers (e.g., for Region Lore) after character generation.
- Add context-sensitive help and/or create a tutorial to guide you through the character generation process.
- Put a list of screenshots on the homepage to allow users to look at the program before downloading it.
- Allow GMs to add custom skills, skill categories, races, cultures, professions, training packages and spell lists.
- Add an option to import existing (e.g., pen & paper) characters and to manually roll dices (to avoid the computer's "random" number generator)
- Export characters to HTML/XML or simple text files, perhaps even Word/Excel/PDF
- Allow for easier internationalization and customization by migrating the Access database to XML.
- One day, there might even be an Update button in the program to automatically get program and database updates via the Internet.
- Allow selection and printing of 30 commonly used skills, 6 commonly used attacks and 14 pieces of commonly used equipment.
- Add more print options like a print preview, an info on the total number of pages to be printed, and options to select which pages, skills and skill categories are to be printed (e.g., only the skills with positive bonus).
